BRTC Flag Lowered to Half-Staff
PARAGOULD, AR Feb. 19 – Black River Technical College is mourning the loss of Olivia Ford, nursing student.
Martin Eggensperger, President, declared, “As a mark of respect for the memory of Black River Technical College student, Olivia Ford, nursing student, I hereby direct, by the authority vested in me by the Board of Trustees, that the collegiate flags shall be flown at half-staff at all Black River Technical Buildings and grounds through February 21, 2021.”
On Monday, August 31, the president’s cabinet agreed that the collegiate flags will be flown at half-staff to honor any current student’s, faculty member’s, staff member’s, or board member’s passing.
