Black River Technical College student Cierra Rients of Rector won a $250 gift certificate last week for filling out a student survey. Rients is seeking a Health Science AAS. She is the daughter of Ryan and Taynia Rients, also of Rector. The winner was drawn randomly from students who filled out and returned the BRTC student survey. Congratulations, Cierra!
