The Certified Dietary Manager Program is a 16-week, non-credit, online certificate program. This program is for those who can maintain a job while working towards completing the program. Those who are highly motivated and organized will best succeed in the program.
Our program is approved by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) and will help you prepare for certification as a dietary manager and food protection professional. Students completing our program exceed the national average pass rate for the CDM credentialing exam.
The program is designed for foodservice employees in the healthcare field, particularly in nursing homes and hospital food service organizations. It is also recommended for foodservice employees in correctional facilities, public schools, and other institutional settings, including patient care.
Students completing the certificate are eligible to take the nationally recognized CDM Credentialing Exam.
