BRTC Online Payment Plans
Black River Technical College provides easy online payment options that let you pay your balance over time, making college more affordable.
Credit or Debit Card:
All credit/debit card transactions are assessed a 2.35% service fee with a $1.00 minimum. (Assessed fees effective 11/5/2020.)
All e-check transactions are assessed a $1.25 service fee. (Assessed fees effective 11/5/2020.)
- Payments are due on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full!
- The required down payment is due immediately.
- There is a 5 day grace period for missed payments. After that, the student will be charged a $15 late fee!
- Payments DO NOT automatically draft!
- All online payments can be paid with a debit or credit card, or electronic check. All cash payments must be paid directly to BRTC.
- The student will be responsible for returning to MYBRTC account to make monthly payments by the due date or they will be charged a late fee!

Plans are available beginning November 6, 2020. Plans end Friday, January 8th, 2021, at 3:30 P.M.
The date you enroll will determine the plan you will be eligible for.
