BRTC is pleased to announce that Kevin Foster and his wife, Donna, BRTC Success Lab Coordinator, are offering a $250 scholarship to BRTC agriculture students in Fall 2017 who are Randolph County residents. Kevin and Donna are longtime agriculture supporters who are excited to help students interested in farming and agriculture succeed.
