POCAHONTAS, AR Aug. 23 – A special meeting of the BRTC Board of Trustees is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Pocahontas campus at 1410 Hwy 304 East. The meeting will be held in the Richard Gaines Business Technology building in BT 113.
