    Vibrational Sound Therapy is a unique therapeutic experience designed to help participants achieve deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional healing through sound and vibration. In this workshop, attendees are introduced to the healing power of sound frequencies and how they can impact the body, mind, and spirit. The class includes a lecture, a workbook, and hands-on experience with the tools provided.

    • Understanding Sound Healing: Participants will learn about the science and history behind sound therapy, including how different frequencies can impact the mind, body, and spirit.
