POCAHONTAS, AR Nov 2 — Corporal Gary Ladner of Troop C, Arkansas State Police, visited BRTC\’s Adult Education students, taught by Cindy Robinett. He spoke to students about his job as a state trooper and his early life as an at-risk teen growing up in Bay, Arkansas.
