2021 08 20--Alumni Spotlight Jason Harper - Black River Technical College

POCAHONTAS, AR Aug. 30 – Our new Alumni Spotlight is Jason Harper. Jason is from Walnut Ridge, and he received his Associate of Arts Degree from BRTC in 2013. He then attended Arkansas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Jason then followed his passion of dental hygiene and recently received his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from UAMS!

During his time at UAMS, Jason and his classmates completed a community project by giving over 50 children a sealant treatment that will promote healthier dental hygiene. He plans to practice as a dental hygienist in his community to improve the community’s oral health.
