The Corporate & Community Education Department of Black River Technical College is pleased to offer an Arkansas Concealed Handgun Course. This course is approved by the Arkansas State Police and is taught by Arkansas Certified Instructor, Chris Hankins. Tuition includes application, qualification, refreshments, all training materials and classroom instruction of six hours which is required by Arkansas Law. This one-day course will be held Saturday, June 27, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Black River Technical College on the Pocahontas campus.
