Black River Technical College Partners with Paragould’s Flower Shop Network

PARAGOULD, AR Jan. 27— Black River Technical College has formed a partnership with a Paragould Industry, Flower Shop Network, an online florist business solutions company.

This partnership allows BRTC and Flower Shop Network to share knowledge and resources. BRTC is offering programs and course work to meet the needs of the industry, and Flower Shop Network is providing adjunct instructors for courses as needed.

Dr. Brad Baine, Vice President for Academic Affairs, states, “Finding quality instructors to teach some of the courses in the program has been a challenge, and this partnership will allow The Flower Shop Network to provide knowledgeable and experienced professionals so BRTC students can receive the most current training in the field of Web Design.\”

Brock Atwill, President of Flower Shop Network, added, “Here at Flower Shop Network, we take great pride in our community and we are proud to assist BRTC with computer and coding classes.  These learning opportunities will lead to better jobs and employees in northeast Arkansas.”
