Black River Technical College (BRTC) Career and Technical Center (CTC) students recently participated in “Stop the Bleed” training with BRTC Law Enforcement Training Academy Director Jared Bassham.
Bassham taught the students about Arkansas’s Good Samaritan Law, what needs to go into a first aid kit, how to apply a tourniquet, how to pack a wound, and chest seals.
