POCAHONTAS Mar. 13 — A BRTC Law Enforcement Training Academy alumnus is making a difference in kids\’ lives. DeAndra Warren, a resource officer at Wynn schools, prays for students, teachers, custodians, cafeteria workers, his wife and three daughters, and the nation at the school flagpole every day before reporting to work.
