Chelsea Martin
POCAHONTAS, AR Feb. 26 2021 – The 2019 Annual IBERIABANK/BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament named scholarships have been awarded for the Spring 2021 semester. Chelsea Martin of Pocahontas has accepted the Don’s Steakhouse in memory of Fredia Finch Scholarship, made possible by funding from Don’s Steakhouse of Pocahontas.
Martin graduated from Pocahontas High School in 2011 and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Each scholarship is sponsored by a $1,000 donor who is able to name the scholarship. The Black River Technical College Foundation matches the $1000 donation allowing students to be awarded $1,000 per semester, provided the student maintains enrollment and meets GPA requirements.
