History instructor Dr. Dianna Fraley has incorporated a unique project in her history classes.  Her U.S. to 1876 history classes have been learning to recite primary source materials as well as understanding what primary source materials are.

Students can be heard below in their first attempt at reciting President Abraham Lincoln\’s Gettysburg Address in honor of Lincoln\’s birthday on February 12, 1809.  Dr. Fraley and her students hope to continue this endeavor throughout the spring semester with the Declaration of Independence.
