Black River Technical College is pleased to announce Eugenia Morris of Ravenden was promoted to Financial Aid Advisor/Default Prevention Specialist. Before accepting the position, Morris worked at BRTC as Administrative specialist. She earned an Associate Art degree in General Education from BRTC. She is currently seeking a Bachelor of Art in General Education from Arkansas State University.
