Dec. 29 — Seth Freeman of Jonesboro is one of fifteen students awarded the Paragould Student Scholarship for the fall 2019 semester. He is a 2009 graduate of Valley View High School who is in the BRTC electrical apprenticeship program. He is the son of Todd Freeman and Connie Fielder and is married to Anna Freeman.
Paragould educators, staff, and community members collectively fund this $250 scholarship. The Paragould Student Scholarship is available to fulltime Black River Technical College students who attend at least one traditional class at the Paragould site or to Paragould non-traditional industry students who are enrolled in at least one Paragould program comprising of more than 18 hours.
