POCAHONTAS, AR August 16, 2019 – Kenneth Higginbotham, of Pocahontas, has accepted the position of Instructor for Black River Technical College’s new 4-week Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training program. Higginbotham is a Pocahontas High School graduate who also graduated from the Black River Technical College Diesel Mechanic Program in 1984. He has been employed at DeClerk LP Gas/MFA Oil for the last seventeen years.
Class A, B, and C certifications will be available and endorsements will include hazardous materials, passenger vehicles, and school buses.
