At the Randolph County Chamber of Commerce banquet on October 15, Kelly Grooms was awarded the W.W. Scott Public Service Award from the Pocahontas Rotary Club. This award is given to individuals who selflessly give back to the community. Grooms is honored due to his work with the Downtown Playhouse.
