Kinsee Bagwell of Paragould has accepted the Phillip Collins II & Beth-Collins Bagwell Memorial Scholarship for 2019-2020. Bagwell is a 2019 graduate of Greene County Tech High School who is seeking an Associate of Applied Science degree in Registered Nursing. She is the daughter of Travis Bagwell of Pocahontas.
