This course will teach recipe substitutions, alternative meal choices, healthy eating on a budget, food safety, and eating for exercise. Participants will enjoy samples of cooking demonstrations.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays, February 26 – March 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
