Dec. 12 — Last week, BRTC practical nursing students attended the annual Arkansas Prescription Drug Abuse Summit in Hot Springs. The one-day educational opportunity provided four different tracks: clinical, criminal justice, education/prevention, and counseling/recovery.

The keynote speaker was Chris Christie, Former Governor of New Jersey. Students received a certificate of completion for attendance signed by Attorney General, Leslie Rutledge.
