Hadley Rose of Pocahontas has been awarded the Fall 2019 Walmart scholarship. Rose is the daughter of Ryan and Janet Rose. She is a 2018 graduate of Paragould High School who is seeking an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing. Rose is the current Student Government Association president for BRTC.
