The ServSafe® Food Manager’s Certification training and assessment program is a complete solution to deliver consistent food safety training to employees.
Training will focus on the five key areas of Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation.
This course is scheduled for Tuesday September, 27, 2022, from 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The second class will be held Thursday September 29th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The registration deadline is Thursday, Sept. 1. Course cost is $185 which includes the cost of the book and the exam.
