Student Spotlight: Brieanna Burrow

POCAHONTAS, AR Sept. 14—Brieanna Burrow is a graduate of Marmaduke High School. She is seeking an Associate of Science in Agriculture with a Plant and Soil Science emphasis.

After graduating from BRTC, Brieanna plans to transfer to Arkansas State University to seek a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a minor in Horticulture.

Brieanna chose Black River Technical College because “BRTC seemed to be the type of college that would actually help me if I needed it.” She reports that BRTC has helped her transition from high school to college comfortably; she adds, “I have been blessed to be able to meet some of the most amazing professors and have been given some of the most amazing opportunities. BRTC is amazing, and I would recommend this school to anyone.”

Brieanna lives in Marmaduke with her parents Kris and Kristy Burrow and has two dogs and one cat. She loves the outdoors; she and her family enjoy rock climbing, trail riding, and boating.
